"I CAME TO FIRESTONE ON S. BYRNES AND DEALT WITH GREAT HONEST PEOPLE. ASHTON SET MY APPOINTMENT UP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. WHEN I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE BACK TO BE INSPECTED, IAN HANDLE ME VERY WELL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAIN TO ME EXACTLY WHAT THE INSPECTION CONSIST OF. HE WASN'T PUSHY. THE PRICE THEY CHARGE ME WAS VERY FAIR. I WILL BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. GREAT PEOPLE HERE."

"Wonderful experience! I called and explained that I was having trouble filling my front tires with air to Mr. Perkins. He advised I stop by so he could assist. When I arrived, Mr. Perkins was patient with my requests. I have hearing difficulties which can cause trouble understanding people with the background noise of a working garage. Mr. Perkins was polite and repeated himself while making eye contact so I could read his lips. Mr. Perkins identified the tires were not allowing air due to an aftermarket valve stem cap washer lodged in the valve stem opening. He removed the lodged part and brought all my tires to the correct pressure. This was an easy fix but even simple interactions are often challenging when your disability may not be readily apparent. Mr. Perkins, I appreciate your kindness! Thank you!"
