"I'm giving a 3 star rating because I was recommended and sold a fuel and engine oil additive. Never before was this mentioned at any of my service intervals, I even mentioned that fact. She could only shrug and say "I don't know why it wasn't mentioned before". She even had a paper taped to the desk listing it as recommended at multiple service intervals. Also, I can't find where it's mentioned or recommended in the warranty and maintenance guide. It seems as though it's being sold as recommended, but it's really just an upsell."
