"Our business has done a lot of business since day 1 with this location. The employee Todd, caused them to lose my business permanently. He is the most uneducated parts person I’ve ever dealt with took 12 minutes of my time to get 6 spark plugs that they had on the shelf that I knew they had on the shelf prior to calling. Yet he couldn’t cross them, he’s done this tons of times. He is lazy and is causing them to lose money. He ordered the wrong control arm in for me 3 times incorrect. He couldn’t re-search a simple number that when I went onto the website typed in the exact same number it pulled up. When I then told him that he had them on the shelf and gave me attitude. Poor quality of service. SeaDude will be using napa now. Since losing Rue and Monica this location service is just going down the tube."

"I stopped by today to ask about an issue regarding my engine burning oil. The staff were so nice, helpful and the woman was very informative. She showed me the proper oil to purchase and gave suggestions on what I can do regarding the issue. One of the other male staff saw that I was struggling a bit and checked my oil for me. Thank you for displaying such great customer service!"

"I bought a 4 coils for my car over the years they said were life time warrenty. When i went to replace after they went bad a second time i was told it is a limited lifetime warrenty. So when it went bad more then once i have no warrenty. I could have got a much better brand ngk or denso fo 1/3 the price that would have probably lasted longer. I will never shop or recomend this chain of stores again. When they throw out the term lifetime warrenty they shold be a little more honest about what it is."
