"EDIT: they were short staffed and gave me a discount for the inconvenience, so I’ve changed my review. I brought my car in for 4 new tires at 10:00 am and was told it would only take a few hours. I called at 1 pm after not hearing anything, and they told me they hadn’t even gotten to my car yet. Assured me it would be done at 5, as I had to go into work by 5:30. I come in the door at 5 and my car is STILL not done. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do NOT come here for tires. Costco is the much better option. Only took 1 hour for them to do the same job."
"I found a piece of metal in my tire on a rainy cold night while leaving the grocery store. I spoke with Stephan on the phone and he was so helpful! Got me right in, got the tire repaired and I was on my way all before my ice cream melted! Two thumbs up and 5 stars for Stephan and staff!"
"This was our go to place, but the last visit not only did we have issues, but it seemed that a lot of people were complaining. It has definitely changed because they used to be great. I must say, however, that they did do everything to make things right. It was just very frustrating to have them call to say the car was done then having to sit there for 1 1/2 hours after we got there before things were fixed."
"Don't have your tires changed here if you want them to be clean or for them to be gentle to magnesium or aluminum rims. They took a high speed steel wire wheel to them, cutting deep into the rim."
