"I was not impressed when they lied to my face. I needed a vehicle inspection done for work. It did not pass inspection because it needed front end work done. They referred me to a shop down the street. I took it to my regular mechanic and he said nothing was wrong with the truck. I returned to E and R for the inspection and it passed. I explained no work was done and he went out to the shop, came back 2 minutes later and said there was a loose bolt that he tightened and I was good to go."
"These guys are solid. Had them fix some cracks in my frame rails where my side boxes are mounted. The workmanship is excellent, it's actually better than when it was new."
