"By far the worst experience, a simple oil change and they manage to somehow mess up my thermostat leading to cooling fan staying on even when engine is off.... how can you mess something up that you don't even work on? Now having to deal with whatever the claim service they send you to, just to see whether or not I'm gonna be stuck paying for their mess up. Also Donna the Coach for the area has to be the most mechanically oblivious person I've ever had the misfortune to meet. Should maybe hire people that actually know what car parts are called."

"Very poor service by both bay manager and auto care coach. the coach is completely oblivious and knows absolutely nothing about cars. most of the technicians are good people but lead by the worst leaders. the managers will easily let you cuss out their staff and say nothing. i feel bad for those technicians."
"First time using this Walmart automotive. Needed a taillight replaced. Waited over an hour to get it serviced. Technician came out and told me that the taillight was fine and there was a wiring issue and he couldn’t help. Took it across the street to another mechanic. Turns out the taillight was burnt out and needed replaced. Walmart technician didn’t even attempt to replace it. I’m not sure if the Walmart technician was just being lazy or what, but I want a mechanic I can trust."
