"Took my car there because I thought it had overspray on the windshield . The owner came out with a clay bar and razer blade and proceeded to run the razor blade up and down across my windshield. By doing so I ended up with hundreds of scratches all over it and he refused to take responsibility for scratching it. If it wasn't for the All Service Glass Employee there that told him he scratched it he would have never acknowledged it. He blamed it on soft glass then. So now I have to purchase a new windshield for a car that has 4000 miles on it. I understand stuff happens but his chest swelling over it was extremely unprofessional. I personally will never use them again which is sad because the body work was good. The customer service not so much."
