"I took my truck in for a recall which I called ahead to verify parts were available. I scheduled the work and added an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that the wiper motor (reason for recall) would not be replaced if it was still working because Ford was short of the replacement parts. I let them take the truck as they said it woult take 1 hours and 15 minutes. After waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes, I approached the service desk to get the status and was told they would check with the service bay manager. 10 minutes later the service bay manager tells me that the oil change was complete and the service tech was putting the wiper blades back on, so I guess they changed the wiper motor, even though I was told they would not. I left after a 2 hour and 20 minute wait. Not happy."

He made the deal go very smooth and was excellent to work with. When the paperwork came through, there were no hidden fees like some of the other dealerships I've worked with in the past.
