"Please avoid this auto shop at all cost! I took my Nissan in after it was having misfires. I requested a diagnostic test and an estimate for how much it would be to be fixed. After dropping it off, later that day I called to ask about any updates to my vehicle. Nothing yet. The next day I called before closing to get an update, nothing yet. The following day, I called and was told my car was already fixed and it would be $350-$400. I was never told the problem before work was done. I was never given an estimate. I never gave permission to a mechanic to do work on my car. When I questioned why I never received an estimate, I was told “you dropped it off and you wanted it fixed, so that’s what I did.” I came close to spending $400 to change a spark plug. This is highly unlawful and I will be reporting this to the BBB."
"I've used these guys for years. Great guys, they do great work and great prices. I had one issue, they took my car back and got it fixed and didn't charge me."
"They are very friendly and have always been fair. 2 years ago my son was home on leave from the Army and his brake lights stopped working. They were able to get him in that day I stopped in there and had it fixed and ready the next day. They didn't have to do it since they are always busy but they did. They are a great place to take your vehicle."
