"Mixed up my infant daughter's RX with another childs, causing us an extra trip to the pharmacy with a sick baby and a toddler. I understand things happen, however the staff reaction when I called was really poor. An apology would have been nice or at least an acknowledgment that this created an inconvenience for a family with a sick baby. Walgreens, staff your pharmacy appropriately!"

"If I can give this store zero stars, I would Daniel shift lead that works there needs to know the Walgreeens store policy. When you get a register reward talking about I can’t use the register reward in the store. If I got it from Walgreens, I should be able to use it never try to scan. It said it wasn’t real he never seen a register reward like that. I told him proctor and gamble has a promotion right now on their products I have never been accused of having a fake register reward I said, let me buy the stuff and I’ll show you how to print out Walgreens you need to teach your staff about register Rewards"
