"Employees were very helpful. I can't remember who exactly helped me lol but I'll check my receipt and update this review with his name because he was very helpful in that I went in looking for a dishwasher and walked out paid and everything in 20min. And 5 of that was trying to transfer money! He was nice and knowledgeable and it was my first time in a Big Sandy and I'll DEFINITELY be back!! Great selection, prices, sales and enployees!!"
"This was my first time shopping at Big Sandy and after shopping I know that it won't be my last. Jesse took his time showing me multiple Flexsteel options and discussed features and benefits of both models I was considering. He gave me space to try them out and decide for myself without being pushy to make a sale. I was able to use a kiosk in the store to apply for their credit card with an immediate decision. I also was able to take advantage of President's day pricing and am very happy with what I chose. Great job, Big Sandy, for making me a customer for life!"
"Josh was great to work with - didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. He was 5 stars! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars to the entire experience is because they charged $100 for delivery, don’t haul away the furniture I am replacing, and warranty is only for 1 year. All things that were standard service in the past at other stores."
