"Working out of town and stopped at this Walgreens to drop off a prescription for my boss while out to pick up lunch. I have a hearing service animal. I’m not sure if they were rude because I missed something they asked or if they just saw a young female with a service dog and assumed I wasn’t actually disabled. The pharmacy technician was impolite, kept looking away when speaking, and was frustrated when I asked them to repeat themselves. The prescription was to be picked up by, the patient, my 50+ male boss. I have dropped his prescriptions several times in various states as we travel often for work. The pharmacy asked for my driver’s license. Until then, I have never had to provide identification to drop off a prescription. Then they threatened me saying that they would call the police to press charges if anything was wrong with the prescription. I know that it is the pharmacist’s job to verify prescriptions and give medicine to the correct people. I provided photo identification when requested. I answered all of the security questions. Verifying the information is correct is not the same as being impolite and threatening to your customers. The prescription was good, my boss picked it up as planned, the pharmacy workers were also rude to him. Traveling for work does not make me a lesser customer. Having a hearing disability does not make me a lesser person. Do better."

"went to load money onto my cashapp card. tried 3 different times with them. for some reason they needed to scan my ID and it refused to upload anything. they asked if id loaded anything in the past week and i havent loaded anything since july. went to DG and they did it in less than a minute. Had to wait in a line at walgreens where the clerk sent me to the back. really strange. wont be returning for any purchases."

"Guy at the pharmacy was incredibly snotty and rude. Tried telling me my inaurance didn't go through so my medication would be almost 350 dollars instead of five bucks. Never had an issue this significant with the rite aid across the street, which although I don't recommend highly, is considerably better than this place"

"Either close the pharmacy permanently or service your prescription customers 100% of the time. Customers should not be forced to go without medication, with no notice, for three days because Walgreens can't seem to hire a reliable and competent pharmacist . This happens more often than not!"

"I signed up online for a covid test at the drive through. I received 3 emails in less than 12 hours confirming my appointment only to get there and see a sign that says testing is canceled for today. This needs to be communicated so people don’t waste their time and can find testing from another source. The worst part about it is the stars would not even address me at the window. One person saw me and quickly looked away to avoid helping me. Great work guys."
