"This review is purely about the pharmacy: Would never recommend you go through them to pick up prescriptions. As somebody that needs to regularly take my medications, I have never had a worse experience. Every time I called in a refill, there was a problem. The last straw was when I had called in a refill and was told that the pharmacy sent a refill request to the doctor because I needed to be seen by them first. When I saw the doctor a few days later, he told me the pharmacy had a record that I had PICKED UP MY ORDER the day that I had called in for a refill request. This is all extremely concerning and I have switched pharmacies. I do not know if it's gross incompetence, negligence, or I'm incredibly unlucky, but I won't be going here any more."

"It's a fine pharmacy, they get me my prescriptions on time and are polite. Once when my new prescription was late they forwarded me a few pills so I wouldn't have to go off the medicine."

"I asked them to refill a medication for me. They said they needed to call my hometown pharmacy but they'd contact me the next day. The next day, I go back to the health center and they tell me the same thing. I remind them that they said they'd get my medication today. They tell me they'd call. No apologizes. A week goes by and I have to find out from a different pharmacy that they had it refilled the whole time! So I don't recommend this pharmacy if you can help it."
