"I only wish they would carry WAHL grooming products for dogs. The staff was friendly and they have a lot of items. I bought what I needed but not what I wanted. My dog LOVED his cookie treats!"

"I stopped by this Petco a few weeks ago with a bit of a mission. I rescued a kitten while I was driving through Ohio and was in major need of advice. Luckily, I met Brittney. She calmly walked me through everything I needed to know - found the right food and travel items to get the kitten home safely; explained how to care for such a young cat, especially the need to keep them warm; and even told me what I should look out for when taking it to the vet this week. Cannot recommend her help enough! Brittney, if you read this: you are my hero."

"I bought a Leopard gecko from you guys who is sick. It is sad to see an animal in that condition. I am not sure how well your workers were caring for this animal but they worked with me and gave me half off to take him home and try to nurse him back to health. There were two others that were skinny like him last time I visited your store. Please make sure these animals are getting the proper care and treatment that they deserve! Customer service was great and the lady who helped me was very nice."
