"Avoid at all costs. yeah, they're fine if you know what you want and can go in and pick it up. But if you need an install done (in my case a 77" tv), you're kinda screwed if you have anything else to do that day because they only offer a 12 hour window, and good luck getting through to the call center in mumbai with any measure of success. I have to work that day and while I can adjust my schedule, they cannot give me a shorter window in which to schedule, despite my own flexibility (have to go in for half a day). There is zero way to get ahold of the local store. None. Unless you are a complete luddite and hermit with no friends who can't even figure out how to plug in the power cord on your own, I suggest you bribe a couple of friends with beer and/or food to install it, and have delivery done well before you want to watch tv. In fact, just order it online. FedEx is a way better choice for delivery."

"I came in for a laptop and I was informed the laptop I chosen was outdated and 3 years old. I should go with the brand new model for such and such reasons. I agreed and bought the 1 year best buy membership cause it was cheaper than the laptop warranty with more benefits. I love the laptop. It's so nice. It's a surface studio 2. I got the new pen with it as well amd it's just a dream to use. I am still learning but if you want a good laptop, the surface studio 2 is awesome. I got approved for a credit card and got the laptop for no interest for 2 years at 125 a month. A great deal if you ask me. Hope this helps someone else make a choice on what laptop they want."

The sales associate was knowledgeable about the specific product I was looking for (Apple watch) and got the one I wanted. He explained the Apple Care plan, which I purchased since the watch is a Christmas gift. All in all, it was a good experience. At 75 years old, I still appreciate good service!"
