"There is not enough help in the store overall. I could not find an associate to help me. The jewelry section hardly exists since they put in the Saphora makeup section. There was no cashier to check me out. I had to wait for a customer service person to come to the register to ring me out, but she was very nice and very helpful. I am disappointed that Kohl's is not as nice as it used to be. I enjoyed going there for many reasons but I really enjoyed and appreciate having enough associates in the store and they were quick to assist and were nice. Kohl's is starting to look like all the other stores, with not having as many products to choose from, not enough help, more self help registers and a lot less cashiers."

"I visited Kohls on Saturday, October 7th and there were new displays of crayons items and it really cheered me up when I saw everything! I picked out a few Crayola Bath items to go with my grand daughter’s birthday gifts. The purple spaghetti bath soap & glitter gel bath soap were fun and an easy gift to open! The card section had all new stocked cards and gift bags. Overall, the store was extremely organized and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I also learned to self checkout. This is my favorite store!"

"Guess it's okay. Did find a few good buys haven't been there in a few years, however you could not find a person on the floor. That's a shame. Girl is to check out. Was nice but it's very difficult for the handicap person. I have to walk with a walker. I really could use a scooter so far in between. Everything in the aisles are narrow, even with with a little shopping cart that they have offer to get between some of the display tables. The worst experience is when I went to check out half the items that were on the tables that said you know for this price we're double the price because somebody mixed them up and they looked relatively the same and they flipped the side. So one side one price the other side's the other and it's very confusing because they don't really give you the price on the tags to to know what you're doing. Anymore? There's it getting less and less to shop in Walmart. Well what can I say they're clothes are from whatever. My clothes did fit nice. I have to admit my blouses, and they washed up nice. They didn't shrink cockeyed like you. Do they do from Walmart with? Because most of the clothes are cut on the bios I think. So when you wash your pants the seams are instead of being on the side or half on the front"
