"They are constantly trying to hit you with late fees when they've sat on your check for a week past due date. I have them saved in my phone book under CROOKS!"
"Twice they have tried to charge me $275 for a meter repair. The first time was when they initially installed their meter so there was never a meter there before to get damaged. Recently I added them to auto pay with my bank and shortly after they tried to auto pay themselves $275 for a broken meter charge. I wish PUCO had some authority over water companies. It even makes me look badly at my park for contracting this company's service."
"Absolutely the worst Billing and service company in the WORLD. They'll slap extra charges on your account and try to bill you for things that never happened. I wish I had a choice I wouldn't use the morons. Everyone of my neighbors has the same issues with them."
"I was forced into having this company's services. As of date they send their bills knowingly late so that you have to pay a 15 dollar late fee. When this service began they tried to pry 300 dollars from me by saying the meter that they attached, to read water usage was broken. So clearly I must pay to have a new one attached."
