"Although customer service is important I feel I received way too much "customer service" not that it's a bad thing I just feel you guys should make sure you pay attention to everyone in the store. Not follow around the one black person in the store. And yes I did come to shop, I bought what I needed and I have my receipt. But man I felt like I was in the 1960s it's like that everytime I go anywhere in north canton. Just bad for business."

"Worst customer service experience. The cashier, Presley, charged me twice for the same sweatshirt. I noticed after I was in my car and had to go back in to have them change it. After going back in, she admitted to charging me twice because it was the “same” sweatshirt. Which it wasn’t, and the one I wanted was a $30 difference. She was being too lazy to look up the item since it didn’t have a tag. She even wanted me, after waiting in line for 15 more minutes, to grab another sweatshirt. She finally looked it up and returned the one she charged me twice. Theoretically, I have to now wait 2 business days for the refund and had to rebuy it instead of exchanging the two items. This was a gift for my mother and she wouldn’t have been able to return it due to it not being on my receipt. Presley did not apologize once for her mistake or say “sorry” for overcharging me. She had an annoyed face the entire time, making it seem like I was doing a disservice to her."

"I went into this store looking for a mountain bike, and got that and great service from the beginning with Gannon introducing me to a great bike(aggressor pro GT) real nice guy. And later delt with a really cool guy Zac, Zac was very knowledgeable and real nice about the process of getting the bike ready for me. He certainly made sure it was safe and in great shape before I took it out of the store. Great job guys!!!"

"Went into this store to get my daughters new softball glove steamed and met the greatest most knowledgeable man ever at a store. Gannon the assistant manager went above and beyond to explain everything from gloves to bats and everything in between. He even offered my daughter to go into there cage and try out a few bats and explained the good and bad of each. If every store in America had a Gannon it would be a better place."
