"Good place but it can be a bit over run with the homeless. The pickle ball courts were a great add to this place."

"Shuffleboard and pickleball courts are in very nice condition. The grassy area has an amphitheater and a city viewing area. The amphitheater needs repair and the viewing area needs bench repair and the trees cut to open the wonderful view of downtown Akron. A city jewel that needs polishing"

"I have probably passed this park without ever really knowing it was here. It's a pretty good place to get a good view of the Y bridge. It also has a few masonry treasures like the rear drive, steps up the hill, and a neat little example of are decco in the form of a little stone carving. Hopefully, these can get the help they deserve before they fall apart completely."

"This used to be a beautiful place. With many fun filled activities. Now it only provides a scenic view facing downtown Akron and the Y bridge. During summer you can read a book in solitude or sit in quiet thought. Though no longer a true gem you can still experience a little peace and clear your mind here."

"Nice quiet spot to relax or take the grandkids for a picnic lunch. The only thing is that there are no restrooms. So if you're taking kids along be prepared."
