"As I am on the other end of the phone with a customer in YOUR store, I hear the long haired "manager" speak to his emoloyee like garbage in front of other customers! Speaking to her as if she is less than and unworthy! (I can only imagine how he speaks to her when no one else is around, let alone "his" other employees! )... This would've been a scene if I was there in person! The way he belittled her, over a box cutter and how much time it took for her to put items away IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS (DURING LUNCH HOUR), was TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE! HE is a sad excuse for a manager... Do better, Mickey Mart!"
