"After driving 17 hours from Colorado, one of the nipple on my spoke fell into my carbon rear wheel. After getting frustrated for 45 minutes trying to take the nipple out of the wheel, I decided to go see the experts. The owners were real friendly and got the nipple out in 10 minutes, and tighten the spoke back up. They told me it was free of charge but I insist on giving something for her dedication. The owners personality is super special, nice to see a wonderful shop such as this one. Next time I'm in town and needs some bicycle repair or advise, this is the place will go to. Frenchy"
