"Most mornings management is outside smoking with other employees. Who is watching the store? Self check out only works half the time. Have seen customers leave instead of waiting on the smokers to return to ring them up. Old lady manager is really nice but always outside smoking. Are there no cameras that corporate watches? How much theft occurs while staff is outfront smoking? I've seen things."
