"This pharmacy absolutely sucks. Had to wait an hour for a box of diabetic needles. I could understand if the employee had to count pills, but this was getting box off the shelf. Very poor customer service."
"After more than 2 years, we wish there was a more convenient and reliable option for prescriptions. Had another typical experience with them today. After using their system to request a refill from the doctor, and hearing absolutely nothing for a week, I called to follow up. The pharmacist on staff immediately placed the blame on our end before even hearing what the situation was. Rude and unhelpful as usual. This has happened over and over with this office. It shouldn't be a part time job to do their job for them."
"This one star is for Crystal, she might be a manager. She blamed customers for changing price tags, where clearly was said what product was on clearance, so it's impossible unless you cary printer with you. She didn't apologize for confusion or anything. Went to Clyde drug mart later, sure enough the product was on clearance."
"The store is nice and clean. I love the fresh produce....you can get most anything you need. The staff is courteous and friendly. I can always find a staff person if I have a question. I switched to this pharmacy and it's great. I get a text when my medication is ready. You can choose a phone call too. The pharmacist was helpful when I had a question."
"Stopped to get supplies for a local fishing outing. Asked to use the restroom. Rudely informed they did not have public restrooms. Asked if there were any close by. Informed by same employee that they were not from around there and didn't know of any. Thanks for the help in asking other employees. Clean-up on aisle 19 could have been the outcome if I hadn't wandered over to the Pizza Hut."
