"I only leave food reviews when I’m truly impressed. Which is why this is the only food review I’ve ever left. We had mushroom fries, filet and risotto, pierogies, scallops and gnocchi and pear salad. Everything was well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and presented beautifully. Our server James was attentive, prompt and very friendly. It may be pricier than some other restaurants, but it was worth every penny. Wish we lived closer so we could frequent more often. An absolute culinary joy. Thank you!"

"I don't think I could give a higher review for a restaurant. Every time I leave this place, I am happy to pay the bill because the quality of the food so far exceeded what I paid. Plus the place is run professionally, they always return phone calls and accommodate reservations. The menu...there are so many good things, it's like Sophie's choice every time I start looking. Try this place out, I promise, you will be pleased. Anytime I read reviews like this I'm skeptical because I think this person must be family or financially involved, I promise, I am neither of those, just a customer who comes as often as I can."

"This restaurant is one of our many gems in Vermilion. All of the food is carefully designed and prepared. The wine list is abundant with choice. The lobster bisque and pear salad is excellent and the fish board is outstanding . Josh runs an upscale, friendly establishment. Must see!"

"My wife and friends were walking through Vermilion and decided to stop into the Wine Vault. It was the best decision we ever made while in Vermilion! The bar is cozy and surprisingly quiet given the place was packed. The bartender and owner, Josh, was friendly and took very good care of our party. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! I would not have expected this caliber of food in a wine bar and the price was very reasonable. Can’t wait to visit again!o"

"With the only exception being a gluten intolerance situation.. The entire experience was great! Josh helped personalize our visit by hand picking a "wine flight" for me. My steak, scallops and risotto were cooked to perfection. The mini cheesecake dessert was like a creamy piece of heaven in the center. A great mother's day celebration."
