"We took our grandchildren here tonight to get some special Christmas ornaments. It's a tradition our family has done for years. During our visit, our 3 year old grandson needed to use the restroom. When we asked if he could their restroom, we were told that was not an option. They recommended we take said three year old into the brewery next door. We explain to the ladies from hallmark that we'd prefer not to take our 3 year old into a brewery and they then suggested we walk across the entire parking lot and go to Wendy's. Just how cold hearted do you have to be to refuse a 3 year old the use of your restroom? Really? We spent over 100.00 before the incident happened and they can rest assured that will be the last penny we spend there. Very uncaring people."
