"It was the weekend and my doctor wasn't available so I made an appointment here. I had a cold accompanied by an extremely sore throat that made it difficult to swallow. They did nothing to help with the sore throat and prescribed me an over the counter cold medicine for my cough, which was fine, but not the main symptom I was there for. It was a total waste of my time. I ended up having to go to Kettering on Demand where I was prescribed steroids to reduce the swelling in my throat, which worked brilliantly. I wouldn't visit this place if your in any sort of pain."

"Centerville lil Cinic. I made an apt. online, wasn't for sure it went thru. The next morning I tried calling, no answer. Called back later no answer. Called 6-7 times that day at work trying to confirm, no answer. Went there after work, the black receptionist didn't get her name but was sitting there doing nothing, so I called the number again, she just let's it ring, and ring but doesn't answer it. I went up and asked if my apt. confirmed she told me no, so I asked why they don't answer the phone she said she's in the back to much to fool with the phone. There was 1 person in the waiting room. And there is still no excuse for not answering the phone, I watched her ignore it. Maybe it's not her fault but the impression I left with was laziness. For self satisfaction I did call the complaint line."

"Little Clinic Appointment switched it at last minute for vaccines told to check in with pharmacy. Took an hour to check in and to receive vaccination. No one was in line except for a gentleman who checked in behind me. Which they took 1st. Took driver’s license and insurance card and still misspelled my name. Went home and discovered they gave me all kinds of receipts and pamphlets but no proof of COVID vaccine. Makes me sad that the art of customer service no longer exists."

"This branch is a joke. Don’t call, it will ring continuously with no answer. Don’t bother going in, I waited for 20 minutes at the desk and nobody came out. No receptionist, no provider, nobody. I have been waiting to see lab results for over 2 weeks and nothing has been uploaded into the app that they use and I can’t get ahold of anyone about it either. Why they need a different app when they partner with the largest hospital network in the Dayton area that uses MyChart is beyond me. Horrible experience, horrible patient services, pretty sure the screening I got was don’t incorrectly as well as it is a medical service I’ve gotten before elsewhere and NONE of the procedural preparation was done before hand."
