"Bought several bags and cans of dog food with a 25% off coupon because their prices are unusually high. A few days later, one of the tabs on a can of dog food broke off when attempting to open it and a can opener would not work due to the top and bottom being too recessed. Took the can back to the store for an exchange. Employee looked up my account and could see the purchase and told me to get another can. When I returned to the register, he told me I owed $0.47 because it wasn't the sale price when I used the coupon. I briefly tried to explain that it was an exchange and it should be for the price I originally paid for it, but he didn't see it that way. I paid the $0.47 but will NEVER buy from them again. It's not about the $0.47 but more about the way they do business."
"There is always someone there to help you. And they carry more outfits for extra small dogs. It can be hard to find outfits and harnesses for my little Yorkie but they have them. They also have homemade desserts and the check out for dogs. I always get a cupcake for my dog on special occasions and she loves them."
