"There's a 50-minute wait in line. The doctor - she is not a professional at all. She could not read the medical documents and make a standard examination. So I wasted my time in line… I will never use this clinic again"

"Tiffany, the person checking me in was extremely rude and inattentive. Her and the nurse kept talking to each other about how they didn’t want to be there instead of focusing on taking my information. I won’t use this location any longer."

"I made an appt online for a flu vaccine. Completed the registration ONLINE - all.the parts. Then arrived for my appt. Had to provide my ID and Insurance card for confirmation - ok....but then asked to RECOMPLETE my registration at the kiosk. OK...AGAIN. I sit down to wait, another lady comes in several min after me, registers , sits down next to me and chats my ear off for 10 min - the NP comes out, gets the OTHER lady and takes her back for a vaccine - lady leaves. NP then goes into a room with someone else....now I've literally registered twice and waited for 27 min for a procedure that takes 2 min MAX! This is ridiculous. I leave. Not again Little Clinic....not again. If you aren't going to make an attempt to meet the scheduled appt time - then just don't allow people to set appts. This sets false expectations."

"I've always had great service from the medical staff. The problem comes with communication. I was out of town and tried to call dozens of times over several days to speak to someone about test results. There is no option to send a message on their online portal and no one ever answered when I called nor was there even a mailbox setup to leave a message."

"I scheduled my initial appointment online easily. I get there and was politely greeted by a receptionist. When I gave him my insurance, he explained that the MD working wasnt credentialed to see any Medicaid/Medicare patients. I’m a very understanding person & work in a clinical setting so I rescheduled for the following morning. Here’s the kicker and reason for bad review: I arrived 2 minutes late due to traffic. There wasn’t a receptionist or anyone in sight so I wait patiently. A Dr. walks out with 2 nurses literally 2-3 minutes later. One nurse (regretfully) acknowledged my presence and it took her a minute to get into the system. She told me I was 5 minutes late & they couldn’t see me. I kindly explained I got there 2 minutes late and waited for someone to check me in. She said “We have rules here” and was very rude. It was so early they weren’t even busy and didn’t have another appt for a half hour!! I never take the time to write a review like this so my experience was horrible and I never even got seen."
