"Love this park. We need more native grass and flower projects like this!"

"Comfortable walking trail. There is a lovely wildflower patch with bee boxes. My children loved the playground, complete with a tunnel and slides along the hills."

"★ Popularity: Locally known. ★ Size/Location: Small. ★ Business Type: Park, Walking Trail. ★ Business Hour: Dawn to dusk. ★ Reservation: Public. ★ Parking: Small. ★ Accessibility: None. ★ Facilities: Restrooms, Children playground, Shelter. ★ Staff: None seen. ★ Pet-friendliness: Pets are allowed. ★ Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed. ★ Expense: Free. This is a well-maintained park equipped with everything you need for a fun day out. There's a nice picnic shelter where you can enjoy a meal with friends and family, and a children's playground to keep the little ones entertained. The walking path around the field is simple, flat, and paved, making it easy to navigate for people of all ages. Along the path, there are educational boards that provide interesting facts about the park's flora and fauna. During my walk, I noticed there wasn't much shade on the path, so I recommend visiting on a cloudy day or bringing sunscreen. As I walked, I stumbled upon a small pond that attracts waterfowls during warmer days. The restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus in my book. I wasn't the only one enjoying the park that day; many other families were also having a good time. After my visit, I knew that I would definitely be returning to Huffman Park in the future."

"The park mostly consists of paved walking trails and a few slides for children age 2-8. There is a pond that had geese with a dock that you can stand on. The only criticism I can provide is the children play equipment is lacking. It is a nice place for a picnic but there are limited tables available."

"Super nice little park to walk with pet, kids, or by yourself. It has a paved .5 mile trail around a playground and pond. The pond has a little dock to get closer to the ducks and fish. If you are lucky, you can see a turtle or frog. They have a nice bathroom with a water fountain if you need it and dog waste bag stations. The playground is more for older kids with steep slides. There are tons of little trees with name cards by them. Lots of wildlife in the open field. It does have two moderate hills for the walk path. Not much shade but has two shelters with picnic tables. They also have community garden plots I believe you can rent."
