"I couldn’t believe there was a place where I could have a piece of clothing custom-printed within about 15 minutes. I am a professional graphic designer, which definitely helps with creating high quality t-shirt designs. But the process was so simple I was really surprised. I brought my own designer hoodie in, but they do have shirts and hoodies for you to choose from as well. These guys also have a TON of stock custom designs that you can choose from….and they were able to help people who brought in random family photos to be printed on a shirt. For the record, if you bring in a fuzzy, pixelated image…that is your own fault. It’s going to look the same (or worse) on a t-shirt. While I was there, I saw some customers getting snippy because their photos didn’t look good. Just a heads up, if you have a fuzzy photo…printing it on a t-shirt is not going to magically fix it! With that said, the single color print that I designed and brought with me…was perfectly level and centered on the hoodie that I also brought with me…and it was a great Christmas gift that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. "This was the absolute best experience with a custom tshirt shop that we have ever had , our son was proposing to his soon to be fiance and we were in a pinch and needed 4 tshirts printed that said will you marry me and I am sure this nice gentleman remembers me I called many times with various questions and each time he was just as kind as the first then when we had gotten there he remembered who I was , the tshirts were made perfect we could tell he took pride in his work also adding very helpful suggestions which was very much appreciated everyone loved the tshirts and the idea the proposal went well the shirts were a hit thank you nice gentleman I didn't catch your name but I can tell you the date Nov /13 /23 , I highly recommend this tshirt shop ."

"Had the best experience The Custom Factory tonight. Solimon was an absolute superstar in our book. My son came in with a transfer that he purchased online from another company. Solimon tried multiple times to get the transfer to work for us even though the previously purchased transfer from another company was made with poor quality materials.
