"Very unhappy. I bought a pair of shoes and wore them once. Took them back to the store and was unable to return them due to a small amount of dirt and a faint scuff mark. They lost my business indefinitely as it's ridiculous to spend so much on shoes with such a limited policy. Customer support was no help. Would not recommend them to other shoppers"
"Terrible customer service! I tried to exchange a pair of shoes that were uncomfortable for my son. He did not wear them out of the house and they were in perfect condition. They wouldn't do it and were very rude in the process. I spent a fortune for these shoes and we purchase our shoes at Finish Line every year for my whole family. I will not be back in the future! Very sad that this is how the business is run."
