"Fantastic! First time buying jeans from there. The customer service was amazing! As a guy, not a fan of cloths shopping, but the representative, came to me asked what I was looking for and my sizes, and went found a few selections, set me up at at the dressing room, and they fit great!! One of the best experiences I've ever had buying new cloths. .and im not easily impressed. The jeans that we purchased were a but pricey, but damm if they didn't fit great!! Worth it..will be back!"

"EDIT as of 11/29/19 I am happy to say that I have given this buckle a few more chances and in the past 3 months the new employees love up to the expected level of service when you are shopping at buckle. Even today, on Black Friday, I had top notch service and everyone was working hard & professionally. Original Review: This store has one of the better varieties that I have seen in the Northeast Ohio area. But, after visiting this store today. I have to say that it is the worst staff. I have always had a pleasant if not really great experience at any Buckle. Today, I was in the store almost 10 minutes before 1 of the 4 girls acknowledged me. No other customers were in the store. Finally after collecting about 6 tops, someone noticed and asked If I want to start a room. That was the last time someone spoke to me, so after I had too many clothes to comfortably browse, I decided to just try what I had on and get out. At the register, the girl asked for my phone number and when I asked if I had a reward she just ignored me in order to keep listening to the other 3 girls gossip. I waited and asked again after about a minute and she said "uh, its loading" - okay cool. Just overall underwhelmed by the staff, especially given the experiences I have had at every other Buckle in the last 15 years. I will definitely remain a customer, but this store could use a mature manager and training for staff."

"Absolutely the best manager (I think her name is Madison). She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I ordered several things online and the boots did not fit. She had me try on a similar pair in the store and helped me reorder the correct size. Thank you so much for having wonderful employees like her!"

"We were shopping for my daughter. She wants those $169.99 jeans there the girl was very nice helping us she had redish hair. I was trying to get my husband to try on some jeans and shirts as well to but he said no. The guy helping us was very nice. He had his eye on a very nice coat but not right size:( I loved the color on him. My hubby spent about $450.00 in that store on my one daughter."
