Dillard's

"Purchased mens suit for son. Never quite looked like a good fit despite paying for tailoring. Was treated indifferently by the staff( a young 20 something fast talker) when I brought up the lackluster job by their tailor service. Took suit to another well regarded local tailor who said suit was not only sized improperly, but the overall fit was the wrong cut and the tailoring of the pants not correctly done. Wow what a waste of more than $700. Do yourself a favor. If you are a woman and are not well versed in mens suits do not come here. And certainly do not let them convince you that their tailoring will make a suit fit properly. Also, later came back to mens to purchase a few dress shirts. The young guy that was at the desk would not offer help to me or to at least 3 other older male customers. He kept looking at his cell phone. Finally a mature lady employee came over and offered assistance multiple times. If anyone from Dillards HR is reading this, please get rid of lazy employees in the mens department . You are paying them and they are not working. This store has nice merchandise but your younger staff is awful."

"Stay away from this place if seeking employment! I was there a week and said forget it! Now my review is about someone else. This company is a billion dollar business. They are to cheap to even pay for maternity leave. They give you a choice to quit or be fired!. If you don't meet sales goals they reduce your pay. WRONG!! Not the employees fault people aren't buying anything. Especially in the dead of winter after the holidays duh Dillard's. This place is firing my daughter who is 7 months pregnant and has bills like everyone else !! I emailed my attorney this morning to see if he can sue them!! There's always a loophole Dillard's!! You are low life's!!! Favorites is another thing. A guy calls off 7 days in a row who dates a manager and he's safe! WRONG AGAIN!! To fire a pregnant woman is the lowest of the low. If she quit like they wanted they would rehire her. Who in the hell would want to go back?? No job security at all. Don't respond back either you greedy owner, talking to a lawyer about this later today. You been sued before for 900.000 for discrimination!! Don't shop there, Don't work there!! This place is a joke , rotten, greedy!! The uppers in the office are quacks! This isn't over by far!! Taking some sort of action. Like the old saying, get the right lawyer and you can sue over a ham sandwich!!! Remember that Dillard's!! Pissed of grandmother to be!! Pathetic place!! Brett calls off 7 days no doctors excuse and he's safe!! Oh wait he dates the manager. Consumers please stay away from this evil unprofessional place!!!"

"Good prices on homecoming dresses, we shopped here for dresses the last 2 years and will continue to next year. We shopped other stores and found pretty decent prices but nobody beats the selection."
