"Cathy was horrible! She smelled horrid. She did not apologize for all of the bleeding, and told me it was not her fault I was bleeding. Then Cathy proceeded to ask for my ssn when I was trying to pay for my nails. She then yelled at me when I said no, saying they needed it. That was not happening! As I tried to leave this sketchy salon, Cathy offered me a Brazilian wax. I said NO CATHY NO! Never going back!"
