"I always do krogers click list and every week it gets pushed back on time! We set this time to work out schedules and never happens that way!"
"I love Kroger, but almost every time I place a pick up or delivery order the time frame chosen gets pushed back. I either get a text or a Kroger employee will call. Sometimes they call a few different times to push the order back multiple times. There was one time they even pushed it back until the next day and I had to end up cancelling. I only order pick up and or delivery when absolutely needed, and for the option not to be reliable is awful."

"I wouldn’t even give this a one star! So went to pick up cup cakes for 6 year olds birthday party….. the first issue was they made the cup cakes in the shape of a 4 and not a 6…. The lady at the bakery stated no one told her it was a 6… but the real story is she just didn’t read the order form because it was clearly stated on there! So when they went to fix the issues they basically made the whole thing into a sloppy mess to the point where the stepmom had icing all over her and the lady at the Register helped to clean her up. We understand mistakes happen but this was in no way making it right! The icing on the cupcakes was just globed on there to “fix” it! Do better Kroger bakery because this isn’t it!!"
