"I wish there was a place in the area with stylists who knew how to cut and style hair. Everywhere I've tried just sends me out with a 1-inch shorter version of the cut I came in with, no matter what I tell them. If that's what I wanted, I wouldn't be coming to a salon for service. I've been to this particular salon twice now. Both times the stylist was only just starting to wash the hair of the person before me at the time of my appointment, and I had to sit there waiting for up to 30 minutes for mine to even begin. One time could have been a fluke, but both of the 2 times I went? The second time, the stylist was clearly in a hurry to be done because her next appointment walked in as she was shampooing my hair. Normally stylists take care not to pull my hair and Iif they do, they apologize. This woman yanked and pulled my hair the whole time and never once apologized. It was excruciating. Plus, I don't know what she used to wash my hair, but it has been FRIZZY ever since. In the end, I came home and cut my hair myself, wondering the whole time why I bothered paying $50 or more for a "professional" to do it. It was just so disappointing, and I'm so frustrated."

"Can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the color and cut service I got from Pam, the owner. I desperately needed both after a year or so of not having anything professionally done. She was patient about doing a consultation and had great recommendations. I was absolutely amazed how well she got the color to turn out after what a mess it was coming in. You can tell she is quite experienced at what she does. The cut was perfect for what I needed also and she did a great job shaping it and making it work for my life. Cannot highly recommend her services enough! Her experience is invaluable if you want your hair to look great. Only regret is I wish I’d have taken a before and after pic!"
