"Unprofessional , had a whole rack of jeans with 40% off sign on top of them and I made them aware and just suggested that they move the jeans. Lady replied no sign is ok it's for pullover sweaters that were on the next rack. First she stated before she saw jeans maybe they are misplaced on wrong rack. Then saw whole rack of jeans and said not moving jeans even though sign above weren't forjeans. Most places would honor since their mess up.. I just suggested move jeans."
"Seems like every time I visit this Kohl's in St. Mary's, the associates are always very helpful. Even the younger staff seem to go out of their way to make sure you are helped."
"Kohls is always clean and the associate's are always very helpful and friendly. However there was a snatch and grab there that day so it was a little scarey. Thank heaven for cameras every where, they got some good pictures. Be safe and aware of your surroundings."
"I was in town from SC and my 91 year old mother passed away and the day before visitation I realized my 90 yr old dad needed some new dress shirts for the funeral. It was Labor Day and not familiar with the area I called my nephew who recommended the Kohls in St Mary’s. 30 minutes later I was in store working with an associate who helped me find the correct size and some nice choices. Entire process including check out went flawlessly. Only complaint was the Apt 9 brand states wrinkle resistant which is not true, but after washing they ironed up easily and dad made mom proud and that’s all that mattered."
"They don't have new options. Many of the clothes being sold were the same exact as last year. Which makes it hard to shop for back to school. Minimal options anymore on top of checking out always being a hassle or having an off putting cashier. Store is always a mess anymore. Makes it a terrible experience while shopping for my family. Used to spend a lot of money here but sadly can get better deals online through other sites with more options."
