"We bought a nice new couch, and a few other items for the house. Mark did a fantastic job. That guy deserves a raise and a vacation. We live closer to 2 other stores and choose to drive to this one. I've never had better customer service in retail than from him. We had coupon issues and he was very understanding, patient, and helpful. he did all of that while training a new employee. What great leadership. Bigs Lots should take good care of him!"
"Big lots corporate your leadership at this new store is terrible starting at your district manager to your general manager you'd think by it being a new store y'all would care more there's two managers running it with a high turnover rate you'd think you'd wanna know why? You'd think you'd care more for being a new store the district manager has only been there one time this year."
