"Terrible! Ordered my food great customer service but they literally do not care about the quality at all in any way what so ever. We got home and out sandwich literally had the stem of the lettuce on it and no bacon and no jalapenos at all. The only thing good was customer service and the fries unfortunately. Stop hiring people with no work ethic seriously do better at hiring because it gives your company a bad name. You suck!!"

"The food was very delicious and good serving size. The manager though seemed unhappy or sedated. Did not smile and moved slowly while gathering the food. The other workers in the background were smiling and energetic. They were all dressed with Wendy's tee shirts and black trousers. The manager had a Wendy's polo shirt and black trousers, so assumed he was the mngr."
"Worst takeout service in the country. Why is there a 5 minute wait between orders in the drive through when there’s only 3 cars in line?? Completely unacceptable. Do better people gotta work and only have a few minutes to eat during their lunchtime!"
"Love that their wifi connection can be reached across the street at Shell. It's a good thing because the lobby is never open due to short staff. The manager however is the best. She once bought me breakfast because I was broke waiting on a ride"
