"Ordered at kiosk. Kiosk says you can pay cash but you can’t so we had to start over on ordering. Kiosk should not give that option. Waited over 20 minutes for food. Every table in the seating area was dirty. Very disappointing experience. Not likely to come back to this location."

"First of all I didn’t get a box which infuriated me so my food was mixed up with my friends and second of all they gave me chicken roll ups that were burn to a crisp and I had to throw out I will never eat at this establishment again."

"This place has gone down hill in my opinion. Food was very sloppy, I realize tacos are messy but they used to put them together in a sleeve wrapper also, they forgot to fully wrap them before they put them in our to go bag.I didn't like the fact that for the high price you didn't get hardly any cheese. Very disappointed. I used to love taco bell."

"...I have been wondering about this Taco Bell, & if you actually get "extra beef" when you order "EXTRA BEEF"... ...so, before I ordered, I specifically asked if I order "extra beef" how can I tell if they give me the extra amount... ...& the drive-through guy said, "Yes, if you order extra beef they usually give it to you... ...so you tell me, DOES THIS LOOK LIKE EXTRA BEEF...?!? ...OR DOES THIS LOOK RIGHT AT ALL...??? ...cheese...??? ... lettuce...??? ... it actually looks like they put the smallest amount of everything they could...!!!"
