"Me and my family had such an amazing time at Applebee's today. My server was Katelyn and she was absolutely amazing, it felt like we were her only table 100% amazing service, and excellent food! definitely will be coming back!"

"For the wait time So far we have been at Applebee's for over an hour waiting for a table a table when only toled 25 min and the Manger (Anna) was terrible and had no care in the world and was like sry we have had some people in there tables for 3 hours and they can't ask them to leave so we just have to wait. To me it seems like they just want to keep the same amount of people in the seats as long as possible to not have to do more work. We called at 6:14 to see if we can put a place in line and they toled us no but they knew we where on our way still but they had no plans to make a larg party work and said we had to accurately wait on a table between 2 other tables that where empty even tho they knew a large party was on the way got here at 6:50pm Finley seeted at 8:45pm The appetizers time Water came quickly at least at this point. Alcohol drinks did take a min but for a Friday night ok but but bar drinks where sitting on counter for 7 min seen on to be brought to the table first order come out at we ordered fast at 8:48pm 9:24pm first plates come out for are all you can eat. 9:36pm they asked for second orders and it arrived at to be continued"

"From a business owner. Staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our waitress Ashley showed up with refills when she checked in on us. Made some small chat but didn’t linger. She was on point and tried to up-sell us in a clever and non pushy way. She was on point. I would be pleased if she was the person my customers interacted with. While we are in a different industry, I know this “people buy from people”. When it comes to food I will remember her and when asked I will tell people about my positive experience with your restaurant. Thanks for the great service."

"Absolutely love this location and Trina is one of the main reasons why. She exudes significant confidence and does great with suggestive selling, it's as though she knew what I wanted to order. She has an amazing attitude, great presence and provides exceptional customer service. If that wasn't enough, you can tell by her interactions with fellow staff and other customers that she is genuine and definitely a keeper. Oh, and the food was fresh hot and amazing! This combination, along with the manager who has an equally positive attitude and personality is why we'll keep coming back."
