"I went there to get my wife dinner. I used the drive thru, which was packed all the way to the entrance of the neighboring KeyBank. Culver's might want to invest in some signage or directional signs painted on the ground to ease up congestion and confusion as the drive thru blocks traffic. This caused multiple people to lose their tempers. With 10 to 12 cars ahead of me, I thought the wait would be extreme, but to my delight, it wasn't. I had my food within 5 or 6 minutes it was a nice surprise. I would highly suggest this place if you are eating in or using the drive-through as they are easily the best run fast food restaurant in Adrian."
"Normally the food is great but today it was bad. The cheeseburger and fries were cold. I sent the burger back and got another one and it was the same. The cheese wasn’t even warm. A cold piece of cheese on a cold bun. The fries were cold too. Very disappointed. The onion rings were cold to match the rest of the meal. Very disappointed."
"Clean, friendly and tasty. On leaving I found the trash bin relatively full. I was able to put my trash in it, but a worker who was adding napkins to the napkin dispenser seeing me work to get my trash in the receptacle asked me if the trash was full. When I told him it was, he left the job he had just finished and went to empty the trash. I’ve never seen such responsive or aware workers at a fast food restaurant before."
"Stopped in here for a quick lunch break and it was delicious. The drive thru service was different than I was expecting, but it was pleasant. The burger and fries were scrumptious and the frozen yogurt was mouth watering. Everything was perfect."
