"We had a pretty good sized party that showed up for lunch and no problem they took care of everyone. The service was excellent. The food was hot and well seasoned and cooked to everyone's taste. Everything was in order for a chain restaurant. They just "did it right" that day."
"Planned on going to Longhorn New Year's Eve for a month. Arrived a little past 3PM and was seated promptly. Ordered Shrimp and Lobster chowder. Just as I finished soup the salad arrived. I'm thinking this is great! Before I pull the salad in front of me, my meal arrives. Now I'm feeling rushed and if I eat the salad the steak will be cold. The waitress blamed the kitchen, the manager blamed the waitress. I'm embarrassed and feeling like I shouldn't be there. Maybe they don't want old seniors dining alone taking up space. I will mention I consider myself to be a decent tipper. I do at least 20%, tonight it was going to be closer to 25%. I still did 22%. The food was very good. However, after this experience I will not be returning."
"One of the better Longhorn restaurants I have been too. The food is good 90%of the time. Servers are always friendly. They are very quick to seat you even during busy times."
"We have gone for over 15 years to this location. Normally we never have a problem. Our server was fantastic. But for the first time in a long time the food was subpar. Our cheese and bacon fries were made wrong. My steak was under cooked. Sent it back and it came back better but just something about it was off taste wise. They took the fries off the bill but like I said, it was just off. Hope it was just a fluke."
"The service was good the young lady kept me filled up on drinks the whole time as well as getting everything in promptly. Would gladly eat here again!"
