"On 2/22, I placed a mobile order on the app and arrived at 9:26pm only to be greeted at the drive thru by: "Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, but we're closed". They're supposed to close at 10pm. They refused to help me with a refund for my order that I had placed on the Wendy's app. Based on the reviews I'm seeing, it looks like Wendy's corporate should shut this place down or bring in a team to fix the mess."
"The food was hot and fresh. Our burgers were very nicely put together. Our fries were full. And our cokes actually tasted like cocke. The employees at the drive-thru windows were very friendly and provided fast friendly service. This was by far the best quality I have ever experienced at any Wendy's I have ever been too. Thank all you you for what you do and your hard work. You are appreciated. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's if your in the area."
"This place should be shutdown immediately. They can’t keep it open due to staffing. I send numerous mobile orders to this location and they are never there when I arrive (during normal business hours- not late). Did a mobile order today Sat 10/14/23 at 2:00 pm and they were there serving customers. Right when I pull up to pick up my mobile order they said they were closing for the day .. at 2:00 pm. Everyone that waited in line for 15-20 minutes became extremely upset. Wendy’s should just save face and close this location permanently…"
"Worst Wendy's ever!! They never have their doors unlocked so if you want to eat inside or use the restroom to wash your hands, forget it. Today I went for breakfast and their was a sign made out if note book paper taped to the drive thru that said closed for breakfast. Very tacky!! The staff is also very rude and definitely do not like their job!! Will never go back!"
"I am beyond frustrated! I ordered a taco salad and the lettuce is all brown and I can’t even eat it. The cheese is super soggy, no sauce for the chili and no fork. The young man that took the order was extremely rushed (nobody ahead of me or behind me) he then basically threw three bags at us without even thinking about us trying to grab them. To top it off, the order was wrong and the fries were burnt! None of our drinks were labeled, so who knows where the Dr Pepper is, and the dining room is closed!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don’t go here!"
