"I used to waitress at the old On Tap many years ago. This New one is amazing! My daughter and I frequent this one often. It is much larger than the old one which is good. They need the space with such great reviews on their food and service. It is always a hopping place whether you just go for a light lunch with a friend or dinner with the whole family there is definitely something for everyone and it is delicious."
"Had dinner last night at On Tap in Medina. They had a 10 min wait so we ate at the bar. I had the pulled pork tacos and upgraded my side to the Parmesan Truffle Fries... OMG! Amazing. Ice cold Great Lakes Christmas Ale was only $5.75/pint! Yay! My husband had the potato soup. His Breckenridge Vanilla Porter was only $4.75/pint. Service was great. Food and beer amazing and the prices were phenomenal!"
"I placed an online order which I never do but there wasn’t an option to talk to an employee. When I arrived I gave the host my name for pick up and she said it would be a few minutes so I sat down and waited. As I’m sitting there I noticed a bag of food coming out and she sat it behind her. A few customers walked in and she waited on them but in the meantime that bag of food was still sitting there. She finally says my order was ready and it was the bag of food that came out early… MINE! When I got home ( which was 20 minutes away) the first order was incorrect and the next order wasn’t right and the last order it looked as if they took three pieces of meat to make the burger. I called and talked to a manager who said that a different manager would call me on Monday. 7/28/2023 was my order date. Monday came and went with no call so I called back on a Thursday and that manager told me a manager would call me on Monday yet no call. I finally called back on Thursday and asked why I didn’t get a call or a refund and once again they said a manager would call me back. Okay well we know that wasn’t going to happen… UNPROFESSIONAL If I could leave a ZERO rating I would We will never eat here again and we will tell anyone to never eat here. I put my own sauce on it and it was still horrible"
"First impressions mean everything...5 host and still chaos and incompetence! So decided to sit at bar, service slightly better and way friendlier. However, food meh at best and way over priced for portion."
