"Phenomenal! We celebrated our daughter's birthday by visiting Sérénité for the first time. We WILL be back! Everyone took such good care of us--especially Keith who attended to our special requests (yes, they have gluten free and vegan options) and Jasmine who makes an outstanding bananas foster. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully plated. (I wish I had taken photos of everything. See just the two I got below.) We enjoyed a delightful dining experience made even more special knowing Sérénité's mission. Keep doing what you're doing. You're making a difference!"

"The food is excellent and the mission is even better. Highly recommend their specials if they offer them that day. The oxtail and fondue are delicious. Their story: The Sérénité Restaurant & Culinary Institute launched in spring of 2018. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit working in conjunction with the Recovery Center of Medina County and open to anyone in the recovery community, Sérénité provides culinary training over the course of an six-month program. Students are paid to attend, and have full access to all of the Recovery Center of Medina County’s programming, case management, and support systems. Sérénité helps to change the face of recovery by providing essential on-the-job training for students and generates revenue to support the recovery center, supplementing the cost of education. While dining, witness the power of a second chance and help change the perspective of what successful recovery looks like."

"This place was AMAZING. The service was superb. From the moment we walked in the door, to when we walked out. The food was incredible; it came out hot and perfectly cooked. We ordered escargot for an appetizer, we had never had it before- DELICIOUS. The waiter was knowledgeable, not pushy, timely and very well mannered. We had the pork flank (very tender), oxtail (very flavorful), and duck. This place is definitely a fine dining establishment, so it's a little more on the pricey side. Well worth it tho. French cuisine and atmosphere top notch. Highly recommend this place."

"This amazing restaurant with 5-star cuisine is the next place you didn't even know you've always wanted to go. The food is exquisite!! Each dish we tried was a perfectly balanced masterpiece of flavor. The staff take care of you like you have been best friends forever. Everything was just an outstanding experience that just leaves me wanting to come back for more. We just had a light lunch with some amazing fondue followed by soup and salads. Everything tasted so delicious and fresh, we loved it all. Oh and do yourself a favor and make sure you finish your meal with their bananas foster. What is so cool though, even above the great service and impeccable food is their mission to help those in recovery! These are truly great people!"

"The food is great. The vibe seems a bit of an identity crisis as fine dining French place. The atmosphere just feels a bit dated. Compared to The Refectory Restaurant in Columbus it’s a step down. The food made up for the atmosphere."
