"In Richmond's Glenn Miller park, a very lovely rose garden and a big, beautiful sculpture Madonna of the Trail -- one of 12 erected by NSDAR as a memorial to the pioneer mothers of covered wagon days and placed across the nation on The National Old Trails Road."

"Great place to take the family. Well-kept grounds, spring water taps, tennis courts, colorful playground, splash pad, disc golf, and plenty of picnic pavilions. Beautiful lake and grounds. What a wholesome place for families to gather."
