Oxford To You

"Coming from a restaurant worker: Oxford to You is terrible! Their drivers have had one of our hosts in tears because he was screaming at her due to an error in the order. The people you have to deal with on the phone are also rude. If you don’t place an order exactly when they send it through, they will call and say that “we have an order we need to put in” with lots of attitude. Almost never have a good experience with them."

"DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM OXFORD TO YOU. I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour for them to deliver, and when the pizza finally arrived it was COLD. When I called in order to get compensation, they didn't return my call for 45 minutes, and then told me that I had to dig the pizza out of the garbage in order for them to refund my money. They seemed to have thought I was going to preserve the pizza in case they were going to call me back. I should have just gotten delivery from Rapid Fire directly or ordered from a delivery pizza place. Incredibly disappointed."

"Extremely unprofessional, I've been yelled at by their customer support in the past. I've been very nearly ran over by one of their drivers in a light blue/grey car at the crosswalk on S Beech and Walnut. This was VERY recently, think 10/28. I'm half blind and on disability. If need be I WILL speak with whoever I need to for your "employees" to follow traffic and crosswalk laws. To top it off, one of their drivers ADDED after the delivery a SECONDARY tip that charged my credit card for a second time for $2.91. I handed the driver a $2 cash tip upon them arriving with my food. I will be opening a credit card chargeback for the entire order if need be. I'm over calling the support line of this joke of a "business". I included a screenshot of said charges. I've had one good experience but wow, these people really know how to run a business scamming people."

"EDITING TO ADD- we received another wrong order. They said they were bringing it out...over half an hour later, nothing. I called to ask about it and to see if they’d give me a refund since this happens so much. The manager told me in a terrible attitude “why do you keep ordering from us then” and hung up on me. When I called back, non stop terrible attitude. “It’s not our fault” and absolutely no apologies. Then he said in the most condescending tone “do you know it’s a Saturday” when I pointed out I still hadn’t gotten my replacement order. Never again. NEVER AGAIN. I cannot believe how they talk to their customers who didn’t do anything wrong except ask for the right order. They need to realize that they’re in customer service and sometimes you need to do what’s right for the customer. My order is always wrong. No matter how many notes you add to an order, you will get the wrong thing. Unfortunately they don’t have competition so they do not care. They do the bare minimum to correct their nonstop mistakes. I wish there were other restaurant delivery options- I’d pay more to be sure I’d get the correct meal on busy days."
