"I love TCP as a retailer! The clothes are very cute and affordable. I especially appreciate the inclusiveness. We did not really have clothes with kids that looked like me when I was my kids' ages. Yes, the base price of the items are ridiculously expensive, but they're almost always on sale and I usually get coupons to cut the price even more. However, this location could use some work in the customer service department. I place almost all of my orders online for store pickup, especially around holiday time because I know people who have had packages stolen off of their porches and nobody has time for that issue. Plus, I work long hours and don't like packages sitting on my porch all day. It's a bonus that you get an additional percentage off if you get the items shipped to the store instead of your house. This location is the closest to my house so I always have my orders sent here. I usually pick my orders up midday, but with my latest order, I was not able to get to the mall until after 7:45pm due to work. I got to the store's door at about 7:53 and it was closed and locked, but there were at least 5 or 6 employees inside. One employee pretended to be fixing some shirts right in front of the door and acted as if she didn't see me. She walked by the area a couple of more times and I had to tap on the glass for her to acknowledge me. She mouthed that they were closed. I told her that online it says they close at 8 and that I was only there to quickly pick up an order. She turned to the people behind the counters and said something. I'm assuming one was a manager and she told her, I'm sure in an irritated manner, that she could assist me. She propped the door open just enough for me to reiterate that I was merely there to pick up an order. I know the routine so I immediately told her my last name, handed her my ID, and gave her my phone that had the email pulled up with my order number on it. She took it to the counter and I am about 100% positive that she and her coworkers were bad talking me out of earshot from the looks on their faces. I did get my package and she bid me farewell in a very pleasant manner, but the initial attitude was what turned me off. First impressions count. I have heard some of the employees having loud, inappropriate conversations in the past, but I've mostly been able to ignore them because I only go in this store to do quick pickups, but the employees definitely need a lesson in customer service. I understand that they have things to do before closing, but their doors should not be shut and locked before the stated closing time. They had to have locked the doors at least 10 min before closing. With at least 5 employees there at closing, 1 of them should be more than capable of greeting customers close to the door and asking what they need assistance with. I would've been fine if she did that, but to first repeatedly ignore and then be dismissive is a turn off and probably why this location only has 2 stars. In the case that anybody did show up 7 minutes before closing attempting to shop, then you give them a time limit and let them know they need to have their items at the counter ready to check out by 7:55 so that everything could be rung up, bagged, and order paid for by 7:58-8:00 at the latest. Either that or change your hours on the website and on the window on the store."

"The Worst! A family member ordered a few items online, when the package came i saw that the bottoms were a size 8. Too big for my thin 8yr old. I went to this location with a return. Still in plastic, unopened. The lady and manager were at the counter. I gave her the packing slip and said I'd like a gift card to purchase something that would fit. She told me the only way I can get a return IS TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD IN THAT WAS USED ONLINE. what!? So I'm supposed to drive out of state to get my family members credit card and bring them into the store to receive a credit. Dumbest thing I ever heard!! She said my other options was sending it back through the mail and getting a smaller size. Very inconvenient considering we came into the store to try on. Moving forward I won't have anyone purchase items from here. I miss Justice for girls clothing store. Wish they had a Cleveland location."

"I was in town visiting and was hesitant to go to this location due to the previous reviews, however the store was surprisingly neat. The workers were having an inappropriate conversation but were pleasant and helpful making sure I got all of my discounts. I was able to get everything I needed for a great price."

"I HATE this location. The store is always cluttered, the employees never speak unless it’s amongst themselves. I’ve come in several times where they are actually on their phones taking personal calls or arguing with one another. I’m switching to online purchases only."
