"I've spent thousands on NewBalance shoes at this store over the last decade. I won't shop here again. The associate on the running side was pleasant and apologetic for the lack of inventory in men's hiking shoes (I know that can't be helped). The woman on the main side of the store was outright rude (and something else I can't say on the public review...) to my wife. She claimed there was no size 12 for my son in 3 different types of boots and shoes. Maybe that's true, but didn't say anything else. She doesn't want out business and you won't get it anymore."

"Lucky Shoes has been my go to for a number of years. I've bought a very large number of shoes here. After today's visit, I will not be back! They were rude, and clearly did not value my business. I could not be waited on because I walked in behind my sister and they wanted us both to use the same sale clerk. She was clearly deducted to assisting my sister. My sister's first set of shoes brought out were clearly too tight. When my sister proceeded to ask for the size she wore, who also buys here regularly, that pair was a bit big. The clerk replied, "I brought what you told me". Needless to say, I did not wait for my sister to be done being assisted to be helped and they were very unconcerned I was leaving due to not being assisted by another clerk. What happened to your great service Lucky Shoes?!"
"For the last three times I’ve gone I have been totally ignored and looked over for other people that look like they may have more money? No greeting to me, no recognition that I am even standing in the store! Now, to make things even more ridiculous, you have to check in? So so disgusted. You lost my business, for sure! I sure do miss Donatos- they were always so kind and helpful."
